Shipping Categories
Ready to Ship
Many in-stock products leave the manufacturer's warehouse within 2–5 business days.
- Free standard shipping is available on many eligible products within the contiguous United States.
- Oversized or freight shipments may require additional shipping charges.
- Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
Made to Order
Many of our premium fireplaces, fire tables, outdoor kitchens, water features, and custom products are handcrafted specifically for your order.
- Typical production ranges from 4–6 weeks, depending on the manufacturer.
- Specialty finishes and custom configurations may require additional time.
- Shipping charges are calculated separately and billed prior to shipment to provide the most accurate freight pricing.
Freight Delivery
Large fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, fire tables, and other oversized products ship via freight carrier.
- Delivery is curbside unless otherwise arranged.
- The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
- An adult signature is required.
- Please inspect your shipment before signing.

Shipping Costs
Shipping methods vary depending on product size and manufacturer.
- Many products qualify for free standard shipping.
- Freight and oversized items may require additional shipping charges.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be provided before your order ships.
Order Processing
Orders begin processing once payment is received.
- In-stock items typically process within 1–7 business days.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or holidays begin processing the next business day.
- You'll receive email confirmation and tracking information once your order ships.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive:

- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery:
- Inspect the packaging before signing.
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
- Take photographs of any damage.
- Report concealed damage within 48 hours.
