Find your tracking link, shipment status, and delivery ETA—quickly and elegantly.

How tracking works
We email tracking as soon as it’s available. For freight deliveries, the carrier will call to schedule an appointment. Tracking may update after the first terminal scan (often 24–48 hours after label creation).

If you created an account at checkout

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Open Orders to view your recent purchases.

  3. Click the tracking link next to your order.
    Tip: If you don’t see tracking yet, it may still be awaiting the first carrier scan.

Guest tracking (no account)

Click on the tracking number from our shipping email.

Where to find your tracking number
Check the “Your order has shipped” email from Eternal Flame Outdoors.

Didn’t get tracking?

It may still be generating. If it’s been more than one business day since your ship notice, contact us and we’ll resend the link.
