The Knock Down (KD) island system allows for efficient installation while giving you the flexibility to choose how your outdoor kitchen is finished.

Customize your Signature Collection 1 based on how you would like to complete your outdoor kitchen:

Frame & Equipment
Choose the Frame & Equipment option to receive the Knock Down island frame along with the included grill and access doors. This configuration is ready for you or your contractor to add cement board and the exterior finishes of your choice, allowing the island to coordinate with your patio, home, or outdoor living space.

Completed Island
Choose the Completed Island option for a finished outdoor kitchen. When selecting this configuration, simply choose your preferred Powder Coat Top Color and Powder Coat Base Color from the available options to create your desired look.

This flexibility allows you to choose between a customizable foundation for your own finishing materials or a beautifully completed island ready to become the centerpiece of your outdoor entertaining space.

Signature Collection 1 Includes

• Gran Fuego 36" Built-In Grill – The centerpiece of the collection, constructed from commercial-grade 304 stainless steel and equipped with premium features including the HeatWave Chamber, CoolTouch™ Knobs, Flavor Bars, and high-performance cast stainless steel burners.
• 36" Stainless Steel Double Access Doors – Provides convenient access and storage while maintaining a clean, integrated appearance.
• 48" Knock Down (KD) Island – Creates generous preparation, serving, and entertaining space.
• 24" Knock Down (KD) Island – Completes the modular configuration while adding valuable workspace in a compact footprint.
